I’m Melanie L. Daniel, Clinical Pastoral Counselor, Clinical Hospice Chaplain, and a survivor of trauma, grief, and domestic abuse. I help professional women who’ve been through life’s hardest moments find clarity, connection, and peace—one step at a time.
For over 20 years, I’ve walked beside women navigating unspoken grief, complex trauma, and the deep ache that comes from pretending to be okay while silently falling apart.
Through my own journey—from heartbreak to healing—I created a roadmap rooted in both spiritual truth and practical care. It’s called Trauma Transformation, and it’s the core of how I help women recover their voice, identity, and joy.
Healing is holy.
You are not too much or too broken.
Jesus wept—and so can you.
You were created to love, be loved, and live with purpose.
At Melanie L Daniel Counseling, you’ll find:
1:1 care with someone who truly understands
Gentle, faith-based digital programs you can follow at your own pace
Journals and creative tools that meet you where you are
This is a safe place to be real.
Let’s heal what hurts—and honor what matters.
You Can Heal the Part That Doesn't Feel Safe
Trauma tells us we’re not safe. It builds walls, hides the heart, and whispers that trusting again is foolish. But our God is a God of restoration, and He meets us exactly where the wound began.
Maybe you’ve been betrayed, abandoned, or hurt by someone who should’ve protected you. The pain is real. But so is His promise.
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18 (NIV)
You are not alone. In Trauma Transformation, we walk through those broken places together, week by week, with tools to rebuild what trauma tried to steal. We create a roadmap back to safety—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Healing doesn’t mean pretending it didn’t happen. It means letting Jesus into the darkest room and watching Him bring light.
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3 (NIV)
If this is the season you’re ready to trust again—yourself, others, and most of all God—we’re here to walk with you.
You’re not too far gone. You’re not too broken. You’re beloved. And healing is possible.
